March 18, 2020
To Our Patients,
The health and safety of you and your family are our top priority. As we do our part to contain the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and in an abundance of caution, we have closed our practice until March 30th. We are continuing to follow recommended directives from officials and will update you here when we have more information. That may require our office to remain closed for a longer period of time. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
If you should have a true dental emergency during this time, please contact our office emergency number at 714-745-5605 and we will evaluate your situation to offer you care options.
Please be assured that prior to the closure, we increased the intensity and frequency of cleaning in our office including, but not limited to, all areas and surfaces frequently touched, such as sink and door handles, light switches, etc. These areas were thoroughly disinfected multiple times per day. As always, all of our instruments are sterilized, and all of our staff use proper barrier techniques to ensure the safe and proper treatment of our patients.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, remember to wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds, stay home as much as possible, keep at least 6 feet away from anyone when you make essential errands, and change your toothbrush if you haven’t been feeling well! Additional information regarding COVID-19 can be found at the CDC’s website: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
Thank you for your support and cooperation as we face this challenge together.
Yours in health,
Max Swancutt, D.D.S., and Team
